Jessica Gauthier

My name is Jessica, and I am a long-time resident of Licking County. Although I was born in Florida I have lived in the Newark/Heath area since 1975. I graduated from Newark High School and have fond memories growing up in Newark. I have 2 adult children, no Grand Littles, but have the love and admiration of my husband and a couple 4-legged fur babies.
After a long career in the Insurance industry, I turned my attention toward Real Estate. I have been a full-time Realtor since 2016 and I love what I do. What sets me apart from other Agents is I treat every Buyer and Seller like family. Everyone deserves my very best regardless of what their real estate needs are. I believe in respecting every person equally and I enjoy getting to know each of my clients. Relationships matter to me. From start to finish, your goal is my goal. It's not about the money, it's about the client. I believe when you give someone what they want you will get what you need. When you are happy, I am happy, and I will always do my very best to make you happy.
My friends would say I am fearless, determined, and can achieve anything I set my mind to, and I have a great sense of humor. I am not afraid of failure, because I believe there is growth and opportunity in every situation. There is no rock too big that it can't be kicked, and no walls too high to climb over or dig under. If there is solution, I will figure it out. If I don't have the answer, I will find someone who does. Trust and integrity is everything. My reputation and values are important.
